World Energy Congress 2013
The World Energy Congress (WEC) is the leading, international multi-energy event, and will take place on 13-17 October 2013 in Daegu, South Korea.
The triennial exhibition and conference is organised by the World Energy Council and unites over 90 national member committees and more than 3,000 member organisations. The event also attracts around 25,000 global energy experts from industry, governments, international organisations, academia and associations.
WEC aims to promote a sustainable energy future by fostering dialogue and debate, encouraging the development of forward-thinking energy polocies and facilitates the exchange of information and ideas.
The exhibition complements the conference by providing a business platform to network and meet with key international energy firms. Leading global buyers and suppliers from the power, petroleum and renewable energy industries will also showcase the latest technologies and innovations to a high profile audience.
