Angus Miller
Caspian Energy Advisor, to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, UK Government
Angus Miller has been the UK Government’s adviser on Caspian energy and climate change issues since
the start of 2006. In his role, Angus works between UK Government policy makers in London and UK
embassies, national governments, investors, institutions and industry observers in the Caspian Region.
A
regular traveler throughout the South Caucasus and Central Asia, Angus also liaises closely on energy policy issues with the EU and its representatives.
Prior to becoming a Government adviser, Angus worked in the international oil and gas industry, latterly
in Kazakhstan although in his career he has worked on overseas projects including spells in Jordan,
Kenya, Sudan, Oman, USA, Canada. Focusing on support for the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and
the Department of Energy and Climate Change, Angus is based in Whitehall, London. |
