Dr Tatiana Mitrova
Head of Global Energy, SKOLOKOVO Energy Centre
Dr Tatiana Mitrova is responsible for analyses of global energy markets development and the Russian Federation’s energy export and import policy.
In 2006-2011 Head of the Center for International Energy Markets Studies in Energy Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ERI RAS).
She has sixteen years of experience in dealing with the development of Russian and global energy markets, including production, transportation, demand, energy policy, pricing, taxation and market restructuring. She also possesses broad experience in working with Russian ministries, as well as major Russian and international energy companies (Gazprom, RAO UES, TNK-BP, NOVATEK, Statoil, GDF SUEZ, Wintershall, etc).
Dr. Mitrova is a member of the Russian Council on Foreign and Defense Policy, Valdai Club and the International Gas Union Programme Committee 'Regulation'. Member of the executive board of the Russian Affiliate of IAEE (International Association for Energy Economics).
She is a graduate of Moscow State University’s Economics Department, and an Assistant Professor at the Higher School of Economics and Gubkin Oil and Gas University.
